Source Undefined - Chapter 1
Submitted by Atlas on May 9, 2008 - 11:20am.The woman pulled her five year old daughter by the hand through the lower city of Taris. The girl was still groggy from sleep having only been yanked from her bed a few minutes ago. As they ran however she grew more aware of her mothers anxiety and tension and the foreboding that seemed to permeate the area....
There was an ear splitting boom and the scream of metal tearing. The last thing Jinx saw was the shards of wall and door flying into the room before something very heavy collided with her head and blackness engulfed the world.
For the Republic: Part 21
Submitted by Verna Jast on May 3, 2008 - 12:02am.Serena Kae awoke in a hospital room much like every other. A little nicer perhaps, but still obviously institutional. The windows were blocked by heavy drapes, but a slender bar of light managed to peek through, falling on the form of a young girl snoozing in a chair. Her body was folded in on itself, and there was no way she could be comfortable.

Jaq of all trades...
Submitted by Rina Delwynn on May 2, 2008 - 1:48am.Jaq Rand wet his lips, tongue sliding slowly over the dry, cracked skin; felt the moisture fill the gaps. He was lying on his stomach at the top of a two-storied apartment building on a fairly warm, balmy night, the butt of his rifle pressed into his right armpit. The barrel was pointed carefully over the edge of the building, angled slightly downwards. The sights attatched to the top of the rifle had not yet found their target. They would, in time.
Pre-K2 oneshot.
Escaping the Past - Chapter 3
Submitted by qt314159 on May 1, 2008 - 11:41am.He gazed into her eyes, entranced by her stunning glow. Her eyes met his and while she prodded his mind gently for something to make sense of their bond, his left hand broke free from her grasp and he ran his fingertips over her cheek lightly as his right hand ran up her arm and paused over the armband he could feel even though it was not visible. "You still wear it,” he said quietly, as Vashti tensed slightly only breaking the trance when a dark shadow of barely controlled rage pummeled them from the direction of the door. She stepped back quickly then, out of his reach and turned toward the door, trying to give Atton a reassuring smile. He crossed the room menacingly, willing a wall between the pair.

Primal
Submitted by DyrraDegan on April 18, 2008 - 9:28pm.“Ok,” she said, meeting his cool grey eyes, “Canderous…why…why did you follow me on Malachor? Why did you risk your life for me? I’ve been racking my brain for days and I can’t figure it out…”
“Well, first of all Onasi asked me to,” he said gruffly.
She nodded slowly. It made so much more sense; Onasi had become her friend in near record time before Malachor. He was a good man and considering his careful placement of Mical, the idea that he would have asked Canderous to help wasn’t such a leap.
“I told him to sit on a power coupling,” he continued.
“What?!” she asked, utterly confused.
Old Wounds
Submitted by Chemist on April 17, 2008 - 10:41am.“You can talk to me.” It’s my best offer.
He shakes his head, but he doesn’t move. We stand like that, just staring at each other. It’s like a stalemate. Sometimes I believe he is more closed up than I am, my Bao-Dur.
Chapter 17 - Awakenings
Submitted by DarthRedHead on April 17, 2008 - 10:36am.In dreams, the line between what is perceived and what is reality are blurred. We never mean to, but in dreams we come to know ourselves so well, everyone else can only be strangers. Then we wake, and the knowledge is gone. The dream is forgotten, and we can only strive to remember what we saw, what we heard, and what was remembered while dreaming. If we could sleep forever, we would. Just slip into that cradle sublime and let it rock us like a helpless child, content to just be until the dream turns to nightmarish reality.
Chapter 16 - A Day in the Life of Chancellor Dryad
Submitted by DarthRedHead on April 15, 2008 - 12:54pm.In the semi-darkness he could see the spires clearly, jutting into the Coruscant skyline like a collection of deadly blades. The shadows they cast on the ground below seemed to hide it from view, and Chancellor Dryad found himself wondering if that was the intent of the architects who had originally designed it. He could just make out the figures of the Republic patrol as they walked the perimeter, keeping out the unwelcome. An odd sensation traveled up his spine as he watched them, and with it the distinct feeling that he had made a terrible mistake.
Abomination - Part Three: The Stowaway

I heard Canderous snort from behind me. “I guess you have this under control,” he stated as he left the room, but not before flashing Mission a knowing grin. “Good luck, kid.”
Break/Fix
Submitted by mshcherbatskaya on April 10, 2008 - 1:13pm.Sequel to "Wet Work"
“He's been at you, hasn't he?” It took the Jedi a moment to realize Jaq was speaking to her. Aside from whatever sweet nothings Hakk had been whispering in her ear, no one had said a word to her beyond the most curt of orders since she arrived. They talked about her, not to her. They did not look at her, they looked at what they did to her. She was not a person, she was a task. They hadn't even asked her any questions. What was the point, when the only thing Jaq wanted to know was if she was ready to turn?
Knights of the Old Republic: Dark Forces, Chapter Eight
Submitted by Malpense the Dark on April 10, 2008 - 1:08pm.The surfaces of Atris's academy sparkled as the light fell upon it. Everything was dark, with only faint blue light seeping through the skylights to illuminate the place. The breath of the four figures rose like clouds of smoke in the night. Everything was still and cold, untouched and frozen in place. They moved silently through the academy until they reached the council chamber. Their lights illuminated the huddled white figures on the floor, Atris's handmaidens, perfectly preserved in the cold, their pale skin and empty blue eyes gleaming in the light.
The Huntress
Submitted by qt314159 on April 10, 2008 - 1:04pm.He raised an eyebrow at her, seemingly amused at the obvious once over she had given him. “Are you sure you’re a Jedi?” He asked her with a smirk.
Her gaze narrowed again for a moment, but realizing he was the only way out of this damned cage, she let her features soften again and shrugged. “That’s an awfully philosophical question for a Mandalorian,” she sassed.
Knights of the Old Republic III: Revenge of the Sith - Part X: Return of the Jedi
Submitted by WebMistressGina on April 8, 2008 - 12:17pm."And just why are you telling me this?" he asked, looking suspiciously at the ghost. "After all the trouble you've gone through to make sure the Republic was crippled; ensuring that others did your dirty work for you; making sure that others like Mandalore the Ultimate, Ellis Yoly, Malak, and I all took care of clearing the way for you. You infected the Senate with your magic and words of power, leaving it in shambles. After all of that, why would you want to destroy what you have worked for?"
"As I said, Lord Revan..."
"Just Revan, thanks."
"As I said," the apparition amended. "I had a vision..."
