Facing The Enemy
Well here it is in all its hand drawn goodness, absolutly no digital editing and trust me, I know what your thinking: It shows (It's like the scanner made a conscious effort to make the coloring look as bad as possible) . This took under two hours for me to draw from penciling to coloring. I have no illusions about this placing very high, because lets face it, there are artists on this site that are waaaayyyyy better than me, but I thought that people might like it. Enjoy!

Special Thanks to Lord Zeuss (yet again) for helping me figure out how to post the dang thing! Tai DuClau for trying to help me and Prisoner24601 for pushing back the deadline.

Triple E,
Well, what you lack in experience right now you more than make up for in enthusiasm and chirpy attitude. Offbeat comment, but I think you did a great job on capturing the three dimensional perspective on his mouth. The nose, too, is nicely done, and that’s no mean feat! The eye is a little too large, and his right arm a wee stumpy, but the rest of the face and body all seem to be in proportion, so don’t be too hard on yourself. I really like the amount of detail you went into on the trims of his robe as well as the belt and bracers. Did you base this design off anything?

Stop drinking the detergent, Caboose!
well...
Thanks for the complement! It is appreciated
And (sigh) I knew that I should have improved that... well if you were talking about the arm holding the lightsaber, he is holding it diagonaly away from him.
And no I did not
"My body... is trying to die."
My only problem with it...
He seems to be missing his lower teeth. I know some of them may be obscured by his lip, but there is nothing to obscure them at the opposite side of his mouth.
There you have my two cents.
"Battle is neither evil nor righteous. It simply is."
Lord Zeuss...
His tounge is obscuring them.

Considering the lack of digitalnessality...
...This is really good! I know it isn't much noticed, but the lightsaber design stuck out for me. It was cool! You might want ot work a bit on shading. What did you color this with? And I sort of agree with Lord Zeuss about his teeth. But if his toungue is covering them, then it's different. But if one didn't know that, they'd think he has grandpa teeth. =) All in all, tho, a very good peice of art!
Tachs rule. What more can I say?
Yeah, I like this one,
Yeah, I like this one, really interesting style you've got... almost cartoony, but still realistic almost... very good, although I personally don't like the lightsaber section over his shoulder... still, you've got my vote!
imatach and Malpense the Dark...
imatach:
You thought that the lightsaber design was cool? I just tried to make it look good. But I'm glad that you thought it was cool. And since you liked it so much, I'll see if I can do more cool designs in my later artwork!
Shading is the area that I am still very inexperienced at, but I will try to shade in the future
And I'll try to take care of the teeth problem in future artwork as well.
I used plain old markers to color this, from many different brands.
Malpense the Dark:
Thanks for your vote, It is extremly appreciated!
What didn't you like about the lightsaber section over his shoulder?
