Announcement Regarding Submissions

GENERAL ANNOUNCEMENT AND REMINDER

When the Review Team receives a submission, it is placed in the Review Queue in order of the date stamped on the post. We tend to work from the bottom up--taking the earliest dated submissions first and moving up from there, so that no one has to wait too long to see their work go up on the front page. The exception to this is if you are extremely prolific or are uploading a multi-chaptered Magnum Opus--we limit the submissions from a single poster to five at a time (usually this works out to be five per week).

If you have had something up on the site for a while and need to fix/tweak/re-write, it's okay, but kindly take pity on your poor and underpaid Review Team and let us know this in the "Notes to the Review Team" field. This will allow us to backdate your submissions properly, and help us make sure your fixed chapters don't get out of order with the rest of your work, especially if you have multi-chaptered fics.

Your Review Team gets easily confused when we look in the queue and see something with a submit date of three months ago that we swear wasn't there a minute ago, and it makes us forget where we left our glasses.
